Friday will be warm and muggy with a slight rain chance before cooler, drier conditions arrive for Saturday and Sunday.

Friday evening stays warm and a bit muggy as temperatures ease back through the 70s under a partly cloudy sky. Later at night, a spotty thunderstorm may pop up before daybreak, with rain chances rising to 55%. Overnight, temperatures settle near the low of 66 with light west wind.
