ALTON – State Senator Erica Harriss (56th–Glen Carbon) announced she has secured state funding to help Crisis Food Center make needed improvements to its facility while reducing long-term operating costs.

Nick Kessinger of Crisis Food Center welcomed the investment.
“Every dollar we can save on operating expenses helps us better serve the people who rely on us,” said Kessinger. “We appreciate Senator Harriss securing this funding and recognizing the importance of supporting local organizations like ours.”
