HARDIN - Calhoun defeated Rushville 58-35 in a basketball game on Monday, Jan. 26, 2026, extending its record to 14-3 for the season. The game featured strong performances from Calhoun’s Jack Zipprich, who scored 22 points, including three three-pointers, and Gage Kiel, who added 12 points, and Lane Eilerman with 11 points.
Calhoun established an early lead, scoring 16 points in the first quarter to Rushville’s 8. The Warriors continued to outpace Rushville throughout the game, adding 10 points in the second quarter and 14 in the third, while holding Rushville to 8 and 11 points, respectively. Calhoun closed the game with an 18-point fourth quarter, while Rushville managed 8.
