ALTON - Marquette Catholic’s varsity volleyball team held off Hillsboro at home on Monday night, Sept. 14, 2026, winning 25-22, 25-23, with standout contributions from several players.
Sophomore Camille Hampton had 7 kills for Marquette Catholic, while junior Remmi Copeland added 9 assists. Junior Alivia Beaber finished with 3 blocks, and senior libero Alex Stephan recorded 16 serve receives and 5 digs.

Marquette Catholic’s freshmen split with Hillsboro, 1-1, with set scores of 20-22 and 21-7. The junior varsity team lost in two sets, 22-25, 22-25.
