Hooked on Health at Longevity in Godfrey with Tara Hurst and Allison Combs

Tara Hurst and Allison Combs join According to Jama and Nikki to preview Hooked on Health, a public community event planned for June 20 at Longevity, 1000 Airport Road in Godfrey. They discuss the event’s health and wellness vendors, fishing and fellowship, Father’s Day activities, aging-in-place resources and support for Alzheimer’s awareness.

Combs describes Longevity’s independent and assisted living community, its resident activities and the value of welcoming families into the building to begin conversations about aging and support. She also shares her work with herbs, teas and other apothecary products.

Hurst talks about mindset coaching, holistic wellness, nervous system support, the Growth Collaborative and Women Empowering Women. The conversation also covers collaborative networking, personal development and her work on a collection of books featuring personal stories from contributing authors.
