Natalie Sinaker on Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Self-Defense and Teller Room 1925

Natalie Sinaker joins According to Jama and Nikki to discuss practical self-defense, Brazilian jiu-jitsu and the work behind two community-focused businesses.
