Lewis & Clark Confluence Tower Wind Festival

The Gateway Kite Club of St. Louis was on hand at the Lewis & Clark Conflunce tower to give kite demonstrations. Kids were able to fly kites with the club or bring their own. Confluence Tower staff also helped kids build their own kites.
